To change your CROSStrax service plan, click the Admin Settings link on the left menu and then the Account & Billing link. 

The Current Plan section will allow you to add or edit the following:

  • Current Plan - The plan you are currently signed up for.
  • Next Billing Date - The next date your credit card will be billed.
  • Buy Plan - During your trial, at any point, you can elect to buy a service plan. Just click on Buy Plan and select the plan you would like to use then click Purchase Plan.
  • Update Plan - If you need to change your plan click Update Plan and select the new plan you would like to use then click Submit.
  • Cancel Plan - If you would like to cancel your plan, click Cancel Plan and then Yes, Cancel. The system will ask you if this is what you want to do and will provide the date your plan will be canceled on.
  • Have a Promo Code? - If you were provided a Promo Code, click here and add the code.
