In the upper right, click on your name and select Account & Billing


If you need to Add Admin users or Storage go your account, click on Add Admins / Storage


If you need to modify or upgrade your existing plan, click on Update Plan


To cancel your plan, click on the red button that says Cancel Plan.  Please note, it is the Admin Account holder's responsiblity to cancel their plan.  CROSStrax employees nor support team members are authorized to cancel a user's plan in order to eliminate any miscommunication or potential unintended interruptions of service.
