The first thing we recommend is to start with Settings and work through all of the Case Customization settings. This will allow you to set up the system based on your needs.
Quick Tip
We recommend starting with your Case Types and Services as this will help utilizing the software an easier process. Case Types are general classifications of your cases. Services are the types of services (or tasks) you conduct on your cases. Below is a link to an article that helps explain the difference.
