Congratulations on becoming a CROSStrax user.

The first thing we recommend is to start with Settings and work through all of the Case Customization settings.  This will allow you to set up the system based on your needs and the types of cases you work and services you offer.

Quick Tip

Case Types are general.  When you go to a party and people ask "What types of cases do you work?", those are your Case Types.

Services are the types of services (or tasks) you conduct on your cases.
