When you add a client to CROSStrax, you will need to add a contact for that client. Once you add a contact, that contact can be given access to CROSStrax to view the cases you have assigned to that client and contact. In order to grant access to your client contact you will need to follow the below steps.


1) Click on "Client" in the left-hand navigation bar, then click "Contact List".


2) If the contact is already in the system, search for their name or for the client the contact is associated with in the search bar at the top of the page. If the contact is not in the system, you can add them by clicking the green "Add Contact" button.


3) If the contact is in the system, click on their name to bring up their profile.


4) Click "Send reset password link to this user", then click "Submit". This will send them an email with the info they need to login to see their cases.


 

NOTE: If the contact is not already in the system, you can add the contact by clicking "Add Contact" on the "Contact List" screen, filling out the information for the contact (an email is required for all contacts), clicking the check box next to "Send new username & password to this user", then clicking "Submit". This will add the contact to the system and send them the email to set up access to CROSStrax.
