When you assign a client to the file in the case details page, they will be able to log in under client and access the file. Below are instructions to send them credentials to access the system.


1. Go to Clients

2. Go to Contact list

3. Search for the contacts name if they are already in the system or click the green add contact button to add them to the system.

4. If the contact is already added into the system, click on their name and that will pull up their profile. 

5. Select send reset password link to user. This will allow them to change the password. Their username is the email address associated with their profile. 

6. If the contact needs to be added to the system, once you select "add contact" and fill out the information for the contact, select "send username & password to this user". This will send them an email with the info they need to login.
