Click on Settings in the left hand navigation bar.

In the Integrations Section - Click on Email & SMTP

Choose "Yes" to the question that asks you if you want to configure the SMTP settings.

Google / GMail

Google limits the amount of mail a user can send, via its portable SMTP server. This limit restricts the number of messages sent per day to 99 emails; and the restriction is automatically removed within 24 hours after the limit was reached.

Check your gmail settings and make sure you are allowing "less secure apps" to access your account. Below are the instructions.

Go to your Google Account.

On the left navigation panel, click Security.

On the bottom of the page, in the Less secure app access panel, click Turn on access.

Hotmail

Hotmail: IMAP, POP3, and SMTP settings

  • Due to restrictions placed upon users of the Hotmail Service, they do not allow integrations with their email services in a multi-IP address situation such as this.
  • We would recommend creating a free GMail account and then setting your Hotmail account to forward all of your emails to that GMail address.
