There are a few things to check if the emails sent from the system are not received.


1.  Have the user check their spam or junk folders.  This is the most common scenario.


2.  Click on Settings in the left Navigation bar.  



In the Integrations Section - Click on SMTP and review the settings.  Be sure the username and password for your email account is correct.
