The widget allows you to add a case assignment form to your company website. Clients can go to your website, enter case information, and it is placed into the system for review and acceptance.
Please follow the below steps to add CROSStrax Widget on your website, through which clients can submit files.
1. Go to Left Menu >> Settings >> Website / CROSStrax Widget
2. Choose "Case Submission" form type and then copy the Embedded Widget code and paste it into the page of your website where you want to display "Case Submission" page.
