Click on the arrow next to your name at the top of CROSStrax and then select "account and billing".
From there you will see a section in the lower right called The Investigator Alliance.
CLICK ON MANAGE and you can choose from
Coverage Areas - this is where you will select the states you work in
Services Offered - this is where you will choose your services and rates
Document & License - this is where you will upload your state licenses, auto insurance, w9, and driver's license
