Any CROSStrax user, regardless of what services they provide, can assign files through the alliance if they activate The Investigator Alliance feature in the Account & Billing section of their account.
Investigators will have the luxury of no longer having to be listed in a company's CROSStrax investigator list to receive assignments. When a company is looking to assign out a file, investigators that are signed up for The Investigator Alliance will show on the list of investigators they can select from.
