If a case file has been deleted and needs to be recovered we can restore the file;  but, there will be a $95/hour diagnostic/recovery charge.  


First, we have to restore a copy of that older database version on the server.
Then from that restored database version, we need to find & copy all that case data (Case Notes, Files, Report Entries, etc.) into PI's account manually.
