In order to add multiple subjects to a case, you must first make them available to use inside your case types. To do this, please follow the below steps:
1) Go to "Settings" in the Left-Hand Navigation Bar, then click "Case Type".
2) Click the "Edit" button to the right of the case type to which you want to add the additional subjects.
3) Add the other subject types you would like available under the "Additional Subject Type" section, then click "Submit".
Note: You must do this process for each case type you would like multiple subjects available for.
Once you have made the additional subjects available, follow the below steps to add the extra subjects inside a case:
1) From the Case Details page of your case, click "Edit Case"
2) Under the Subject section, click the "+" next to your primary subject type, select the subject type you would like to add, then click "submit".
