Anyone in a company can signup for a CROSStrax account however we recommend the owner's information is used to create the account.
If an employee signs up for an account using their information and they leave, there is not an easy way to change the account holder's information. We also must take extra steps to verify the account for security purposes. Our development team has to get involved and there is a charge for switching the main account holder.
