Installation

Follow the below steps to install/connect your Zoom account with CROSStrax to access CTX Vision for managing meetings or statements for your cases.

You can install/connect your Zoom account using one of the following options.

  • From your CROSStrax Account
  • From CTX Vision app page of Zoom Marketplace


Option #1 - From your CROSStrax Account

  1. After you log in to your CROSStrax account, click “Settings” from left side menu.A screenshot of a video game Description automatically generated 
  2. Then click "CTX Vision" from the Integrations list.A screenshot of a social media post Description automatically generated 
  3. Click “Connect to Zoom”.A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated 
  4. Once you click “Connect to Zoom”, you will be redirected to the Zoom login page. 
  5. After you sign in, you have to authorize the requesting access.A screenshot of a cell phone Description automatically generated 
  6. Once you click “Authorize”, you will see the success message “CROSStrax and Zoom are now connected!”.A screenshot of a social media post Description automatically generated


Option #2 - From CTX Vision app page of Zoom Marketplace

  1. Click “Visit site to install” button from CTX Vision app page of the Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Then enter your email address that is registered with your Admin CROSStrax account.
  3. Then you will be redirected to your CROSStrax Account’s Login page.
  4. After you log in you will be redirected to CTX Vision Integration page to connect your Zoom account. Click “Connect to Zoom”.
  5. Once you click “Connect to Zoom”, you will be redirected to the  Zoom login page.
  6. After signing in, you have to authorize the requesting access.
  7. Once you click “Authorize”, you will see the message “CROSStrax and Zoom are now connected!”.


Usage

Once you successfully connect your Zoom account with CROSStrax, you can access CTX Vision tab of the case, where you can create and manage your meetings or statements within the case itself.

  • Schedule a New Meeting

 

  • List of Scheduled Meeting

 

  • Send "Join Meeting" Email

  

  • Automatically saves meeting video recording within your case


  • Automatically saves meeting audio recording within your case

 

Uninstallation

Follow the below steps to uninstall/disconnect your Zoom account with CROSStrax.

  1. After you log in to your CROSStrax account, click “Settings” from left side menu. 
  2. Then click “CTX Vision” from the Integrations list.A screenshot of a social media post

  3. Click “Disconnect from Zoom” 
  4. Once you click “Disconnect from Zoom”, you will see the  message “CROSStrax successfully disconnected from Zoom.”
