When signing up for the investigator alliance users need to add their Driver's License, Auto Insurance, W9, business license (if applicable), and PI license to the alliance portal which is separate to their own CROSStrax. 


1. Click on the admin profile in the top right and select "Account and Billing" from the drop down box. In the next window select Manage from the Investigator Alliance section and click on Documents & Licenses. 

2. Click the "Add" icon to upload and enter the information for the required documents for the Alliance. 


Once all of your documents are uploaded they will be approved by our support team and you will have access to the Investigator Alliance.
