1. Go to the settings tab on the left hand navigation bar and then click on "Time/Date/Currency" under System Settings.
2. Click the drop down menu labeled "Video Timestamp Format" and you can either choose from 12 hour format or 24 hour formate (military time). Once you have selected your option hit Save to continue.
