Videos cannot be uploaded into the case file through the CROSStrax app. However, they can be uploaded by accessing your CROSStrax through your web browser on your mobile device. Same steps are taken to uploading a video on your phone as they are to a desktop or laptop. The below image is taken from a Safari App on an Iphone. When you select upload video your phone will prompt you to select one of three options:
- Take Photo or Video
- Photo Library
- Browse
