We have added a new features that allows users to assign unscheduled cases from the My Calendar function on the left hand Navigation Bar. Users can assign cases to time/date slots by simply dragging unscheduled cases (blue) to the desired slot. New tasks, CRM tasks, and events can be created by dragging the selection over to the desired slot, the system will then prompt you to add details for whatever option you selected.
