1. From your Dashboard, select “Settings” at the bottom lefthand corner of the screen.
  2. Once at the “Settings” page, selected “Case Type”, located under the Case Customization Sub-Menu
  3. On the “Case Type” page, select the “Manage Custom Form” for the Case Type that you would like to edit the Required Fields within.
  4. Once you are on the “Case Type Custom Form” page, selected the edit button in the field that you would like to change.
  5. In each field, you can select whether you would like this field to be Required or not. At the bottom of the page you will then select “Save Form” and your changes will be saved
  6. Note: If a field is changed within one Case Type, it does not change within other Case Types
