Inside CROSStrax, you have the ability to assign colors to different case service statuses to make it easier to identify the status of a case from the case search menu.



If you would like to change the color associated with an a service status follow the below steps:



1. Go to Settings in the Left Hand Navigation Bar 


2. Click on "Service Status" under "Case Customization"


3. Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the service status you would like to change


4. Once you have selected the desired color, click submit
