If an Investigator is seeing cases that are NOT assigned to them and you would like to change this, please follow the below steps:


1) Click on "Settings" in the Left-hand navigation bar. Click "Roles & Access" under Users & Security.

2) Click on the "Investigator" tab. Change the permission "Case Detail other investigators enter" to "No Access"




Note: Once you have made the above change, it can take up to 15 minutes for it to take effect in the system. After the 15 minutes, have the investigators log out and back in to ensure they no longer see the other cases.
