If you have a subscription with CROSStrax and receive a case through the Investigator Alliance, you can link the case from the alliance to your CROSStrax so that the information you upload into your CROSStrax will be made available to the client that assigned the case to you through the Alliance.


1) Once you have accepted the case, you will want to create the case inside of your CROSStrax account. You can do this by selecting "Cases" in the left-hand navigation bar and then clicking "Add New". Or by clicking the "Create New Clone Case" on the Alliance side.


2) After creating the cases inside your CROSStrax, search for the case through the alliance. This can be done by clicking on "Cases", clicking "Search", clicking the "Alliance Cases" tab at the top of the page, then clicking "Search". Click the name of the subject to enter the Alliance Case.



3) Under the Clone Case section, search for the case you created through your CROSStrax account, select the case, then click "Save". Once you click save, you will see a message "Clone Successfully".



Once the case has been cloned successfully, the two cases will be linked.  You will be able to add your documents and reports to the case inside your CROSStrax system. If you want any of the items uploaded into the Files tab (documents, videos, or photos) to be visible in the Alliance case for your client to see, you will select the files using the checkbox next to the "ID", then click the "Copy to TIA". You can also copy information entered into the "Report Entry" tab.
