Users migrating from Trackops can seamlessly import their existing data into CROSStrax during the signup and onboarding process. Our team will assist with transferring cases, contacts, notes, files, and other essential records to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition. This allows new users to continue their workflow in CROSStrax without losing any historical information.
1.Upon logging in to CROSStrax go to Settings, it will be in the bottom of the left hand navigation bar.
2. Once inside Settings, look under, "Data Administration", and select "Import"

Notes for Importing:
You can import data in batches of up to 1,000 rows per upload and may split larger sheets accordingly. During import, duplicate records are automatically skipped. If a required item—such as Case Type, Case Service, Service Status, Subject, Tag, or Note Type—does not already exist in your account, the system will create it automatically for use with the case. Any sheet you do not need to import can be safely skipped.
3. Click "Start New Import", from here you will start uploading the individual sheets that you exported from Trackops. Please read the above notes before importing.

4.Please read each direction carefully, the import process takes the upload of multiple documents that separate the following:
- Case Type
- Case Service
- Service Status
- Subject
- Tag
- Note Type
If you need help uploading your data, create a folder in File Management and place all your sheets inside it. Email support@crosstrax.co with the folder name, and our team will complete the upload for you by the next business day.
