1. From the CROSStrax dashboard, click on the arrow by the user name in the top right hand corner of the screen and select “Account & Billing”.



2. In the “Subscription Info” box, select the “Update Plan” option.



3. Once on the “Update Plan” page, you will be able to see the different plans, prices, and payment options available to you.


4. After selecting which plan you would like to change to, select “Choose Plan” and hit submit.


5: Once completed, your account will be Updated to the new plan you selected.


Note: When a new plan is selected, your Billing Date will remain the same for your account. The new plan will be pro-rated into the next Billing Cycle.
